When it comes to the perfect workout I agree that this is a good one! Dr. Oz does a good job of incorporating vital stretching into a quick, easy workout. Deep stretching becomes more important the older we get. I cannot emphasize enough how much Yoga and stretching changes the way I feel. The difference is like day and night.
